CASE STUDY: To tackle the challenging rebranding of the short-term stayThe Hollywood Proper Residences into a luxury rental known as Columbia Square Living, our strategy was to simply to make the property feel like a private member’s club instead of just a place to live. Over a six-month period, we marketed the building to high-net-worth millennials by hosting rooftop photo shoots for influencers on the helicopter pad, launching Nike's new yoga line onsite, and hosting big themed pool parties for tenants every other.

RESULTS: The campaign resulted in multiple new leases and press placements in top-tier publications like Forbes, Curbed, and Los Angeles Times. The building’s $30,000-per-month penthouse rented just weeks after Forbes ran a story we pitched about Hollywood’s Most Expensive Penthouse while leases increased from 60% to 95% after the rebranding and events.
