CASE STUDY: After three years on the market, the owners wanted a fresh take with a new team and a new story. SOCIETY felt this was a family home and devised a high concept marketing video with a Star Wars story starring Million Dollar Listing’s FREDRIK EKLUND and co-listing agent BEN BACAL. It was funny, fascinating, and above friendly to bring in the headlines and hook the press. Then COVID hit the week of the release and we weren’t sure how the video would be received or if we should release it at all.

RESULTS: Ultimately on March 16th, the video was picked up by multiple outlets like Architectural Digest, People Magazine, and Realtor praised the concept for it’s uplifting humor and earnest family message. The result was multiple showings and an offer on the house in 7 days. Two months after it’s release the campaign received another cover story in the Mansion section of The Wall Street Journal for it’s longevity and innovative take on marketing during the pandemic.
